Do you dare to dream?

In order to be free to dream and act on our dreams, we need to be able to move; and in order to move, we need to let go of the root fears that are keeping us stuck. How it all started

I was that mom — trapped. Stuck. Afraid to dream. Not even believing I was worthy of it. I hated the way I looked, hated my lack of motivation. I constantly compared myself to others and struggled to see where exactly I belonged.

One morning I woke up and it hit me. This was not the legacy I wanted to leave to my children. A legacy of caring so much about what others thought that it kept me from being truly present to those for whom I cared most. So I decided to do something different.

My book, “Let Go of the Fear: Powerful Stories and Lessons on How to Live a Bold and Fearless Life” is based on my own journey on learning how to live fearlessly. In the book, I link arms with other woman from many different locations and backgrounds and walk with you on your own journey to finding this same freedom.
